1 Corinthians 7: 29-31 (MSG) “I do want to point out, friends, that times is of the essence. There is no time to waste, so don’t complicate your lives unnecessarily. Keep it SIMPLE – in marriage, grief, joy, whatever. Even in ordinary things- your daily routine of shopping, and so on. Deal as sparingly as possible with the things the world thrusts on you. This world as you see it is on it’s way out.”
I am currently studying 1 Corinthians with the Watermark’s Women’s Bible Study and this week really hit home with me. Keep it simple! Don’t complicate life!
With the Simple Faith page of this blog I plan to share with you ways to grow in your relationship with Jesus and keep it simple. Sometimes the Bible can seem overwhelming. Sometimes a year long bible study can seem overwhelming. But your relationship with Jesus doesn’t have to be! I know you are busy and completely maxed out in whatever season of life you are in but I encourage you to take SIMPLE steps to grow in your faith!
