The Simple Health portion of my blog will include simple ways to improve your health. For the majority of my life I was an athlete, specifically a volleyball player, and spent a ton of time focused on my health. I took supplements, worked out, ate healthy…the list goes on. Now that I am a stay at home mom I find some of these things difficult to find time to do.
Over the years I have tried many different recipes, types of workouts, vitamins, supplements and other ways of staying healthy despite the busy schedule. I will share with you what has worked (and hasn’t worked) as well as my journey to continue to stay healthy as a new mom.
